2 Emergency response and measures
2.1 Graded response mechanism

2.1.2 When a major environmental emergency occurs,start level II(company rescue level)

2.1.3 When a major environmental emergency occurs,level III(unit level where the target is located)will be activated

2.1.4 When a general environmental emergency occurs,start level IV(the class of the target)

2.2 Emergency measures
2.2.1 When an environmental emergency occurs,the company shall take measures according to the response level of the incident.During the handling process,the following issues shall be paid attention to:

2.2.3 Emergency measures for the protection objectives of water pollution incidents

2.4 Emergency termination
